Leadership Coaching 

Are you looking to develop your leadership skills?

The 1-on-1 coaching program is designed to help you meet your specific professional goals and develop your leadership skills. By doing this you will improve your team’s performance, strengthen your relationships and culture, increase your confidence, and improve your career trajectory. Relationship-Centered Leadership is incorporated into the coaching to help you develop more meaningful and productive realtionships.

You have the option for a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month Leadership Coaching Program. There is an EQi 2.0 assessment for emotional intelligence that you will take at the beginning of the program. Each coaching session has a specific leadership focus and an intended outcome. The coaching is customized for each individual.

Throughout the course, I am available during the week to answer your questions via text or email. I will also check in with you to provide support and accountability. You will have lifetime access to two online coaching courses that are made up of videos and documents. These coaching courses are Mindful Leadership Academy and High-Performance Accelerator.

    While going through the coaching program I was spinning multiple plates at once. During the course Matt helped me find the reason why I chose to take on so much. We prioritized my goals and created a vision board to make the outcomes clear. He challenged me to eliminate the things that did not bring me joy and set boundaries on the things that impeded my progress. ie: cell phone/social media.

    The most impactful part of the course was focusing on my mindset and health. Through meditation we worked on clearing my mind and finding a space or “the gap” to help me make better decisions when “in the moment”. He challenged me to exercise routinely and form a healthy diet. My work performance also improved and I was able to accomplish more and in less time. Finally, we worked on my habits and created a journal where I wrote and continue to write all the things and people that I am grateful for.

    Hi, I'm Marissa from Virginia and I thought it would be helpful to share my experience working with Matt. The coaching with Matt helped me gain a much clearer picture of what I really want in life. We set weekly goals which I had never done before. This allowed me to stay focused on what I want to achieve. The mindfulness tools that we worked on helped me improve my focus and productivity. In the past I would try and do several things at once and would end up being frustrated. Now I am able to focus on what is most important for me and limit distractions while I am doing this.
