Hi, I'm Marissa from Virginia and I thought it would be helpful to share my experience working with Matt. The coaching with Matt helped me gain a much clearer picture of what I really want in life. We set weekly goals which I had never done before. This allowed me to stay focused on what I want to achieve. The mindfulness tools that we worked on helped me improve my focus and productivity. In the past I would try and do several things at once and would end up being frustrated. Now I am able to focus on what is most important for me and limit distractions while I am doing this. I also improved my habits and became much more consistent with exercising. This has made me feel much better and more energized throughout the day. I started meditating and have done nightly meditations with my daughter to help her ease her anxiety and help her sleep better as well. If you are looking to improve your mindset, habits, and work performance then I encourage you to take the leap and work with Matt!

Hi, my name is Tim and I am from NJ. Before working with Matt, I was feeling stressed and anxious about the uncertainty in the world and my life in general. I never felt like I needed or wanted a coach. With the increase stress that I was feeling, I thought I would give it a try. This turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have made! Before I began working with Matt, I was constantly stressed and reactive to situations. Now, I’ve learned a lot about myself and improved my overall mental health. I’m better able to control my emotions and stay in the present, so I’m not as stressed about things I can’t control.
