If you are looking to accomplish these, then this program is for you!
The Mindful Living Program is my signature coaching program that is designed to help you live in the present moment and with a greater sense of self-love and gratitude. The program is 10 weeks of 1-on-1 coaching with 1 week off to practice the new skills. Prior to our weekly call, you will receive a module that will have an audio lesson and documents that will teach about a specific lesson. Then each week we will have an hour Zoom call that will go into greater depth on that specific topic.
The structure of each coaching session:
Share gratitude
Guided meditation - I lead a variety of meditations so that you can see what feels right for you.
Go through your prep form - This form is submitted before the sessions
Successes from the past week
What you didn’t accomplish that you want to be held accountable for
Anything that you want to focus on for this session
Topic of the day! This is where we go deeper into what you have learned and how it applies to your life!
What you want to accomplish before our next session
The great part about the coaching is that you have someone to encourage you and also hold you accountable. With this program you have access to me on the calls and continued access by text or email for any questions that you have during the week.
