If you are looking to accomplish these, then this program is for you!

The Mindful Living Program is my signature coaching program that is designed to help you live in the present moment and with a greater sense of self-love and gratitude. The program is 10 weeks of 1-on-1 coaching with 1 week off to practice the new skills. Prior to our weekly call, you will receive a module that will have an audio lesson and documents that will teach about a specific lesson. Then each week we will have an hour Zoom call that will go into greater depth on that specific topic.

The structure of each coaching session:

  • Share gratitude

  • Guided meditation - I lead a variety of meditations so that you can see what feels right for you.

  • Go through your prep form - This form is submitted before the sessions

    • Successes from the past week

    • What you didn’t accomplish that you want to be held accountable for

    • Anything that you want to focus on for this session

  • Topic of the day! This is where we go deeper into what you have learned and how it applies to your life!

  • What you want to accomplish before our next session

The great part about the coaching is that you have someone to encourage you and also hold you accountable. With this program you have access to me on the calls and continued access by text or email for any questions that you have during the week.

Hi, I’m Kiki from Alexandria, VA. Before I began working with Matt, I was constantly stressed and reactive to situations. Now, I’ve learned a lot about myself and improved my overall mental health. I’m better able to control my emotions and stay in the present, so I’m not as stressed about things I can’t control. I’ve learned so much about mindfulness and meditation. Hi, I'm Marissa from Falls Church, VA and I thought it would be helpful if I shared my experience about having a mindfulness coach for people that might be trying to improve their lives. As I started learning about the different mindfulness tools from Matt, it started to give me the bigger picture of what mindfulness is all about and gave me some things to think about that I hadn’t thought about before. I learned about core values, how to improve my focus, and found meditation techniques that worked for me. The weekly goals helped me keep in check what was important to me and helped me focus on 1-2 goals at a time. Now that I have a bigger picture and understanding of what mindfulness is, I am able to choose specific goals/areas that I can work and improve on a week-to-week basis. I found a type of meditation that works for me and have participated in nightly meditation sessions with my daughter to help ease her anxiety and help her sleep better as well.
