Hi, I’m Kiki from Alexandria, VA. Before I began working with Matt, I was constantly stressed and reactive to situations. Now, I’ve learned a lot about myself and improved my overall mental health. I’m better able to control my emotions and stay in the present, so I’m not as stressed about things I can’t control. I’ve learned so much about mindfulness and meditation. My gratitude journal has helped me change my mindset towards positivity and I enjoy doing it daily. The weekly goals helped me stay focused and work to integrate the new behaviors. I started new, healthier routines, learned what kind of meditation works best for me and worked on specific skills each week. I’m so grateful for all that Matt has taught me and I highly recommend working with him!
